Pleasantly surprised by the room, just like the photos. Lovely check-in lady, quiet property, and didn't see anyone else during our stay. Noise from outside expected, but not constant. Would stay again.

Ideally located, comfortable and friendly. Brilliant hosts, informative and welcoming. Convenient bag storage and prompt room availability notification. Good for train station and winter gardens. Free wifi and fault-free chair. Comfy bed, pillows, and duvet. Spotless room and bathroom with nice amenities. Tasty and affordable full English breakfast.

We loved every detail about our fantastic 1 night stay here. Lovely beds, ironing facilities and a CD player were a nice touch.

Our stay here was really lovely, excellent base for exploring Blackpool. The staff were accommodating and decent, were waiting for us in the friendly reception. Lots of food at the plentiful and tasty breakfast.
